Do I need experience to work with Lease Ups Plus?
Yes, all of our Leasing Professionla must have a minimum of 2 years of leasing/marketing and sales experiences in the Multifamily Industry.

I live in another state, do you offer training?
Yes, next to your DYNAMIC sales ability, training is the most essential part of your success once placed on an assignment. Training can be held locally in our training facility or online via Skype. If you don't have a Skype account sign up for free.

Do I have to travel or are there local opportunities?
Yes, we consult with properties throughout the US, therefore, travel is necessary on all Lease Up assignments. The exciting part about leasing is traveling to new places and learning different markets! That is part of the "magic" and what makes our Sales Team so Dynamic. The fresh ideas and attitude you bring to a new place does wonders for you during your Lease Up! And yes, opportunites are available for local Regional Teams as well. Your knowledge and expertise of a specific market brings client comfort that you know and understand their asset.

What expenses are paid?
Our Dynamic Sales Team incurr several paid expenses, onsite housing or other suitable accommodations, daily per diem, compact rental car and airfare are included with your FrankWell experience. A valid drivers license and the ability to rent a vehicle are a MUST.

How will I be compensated?
All Leasing Professionals are independent contractor paid by commission only. Per lease commissions begins at $100 per lease. Other incentives are offered on a per property basis. Daily per diem is also paid. Commissions and per diem checks are paid on the 15th and 30th of the month. Regional Experts are considered employees of FrankWell and will be compensated according to experience.
