Step 1 - CALL TODAY

Step 2 - RESEARCH
The success of your asset is our business. Once a complete property assessment is done and leasing services are retained, preliminary research of your property prior to arriving onsite begins. Who is the best Lease Up Professional for your property? What are the leasing trends in your market? Who is the competition? What is the competition doing? Developing marketing ideas. The answers to these questions assist in determining how to position your asset for success.
Step 3 - THE ARRIVAL
Your Lease Up Professional arrives onsite and a 3 day Power Launch starts; walking vacant units and rent readies, observing positive selling points, developing community and business relationships, shopping the competition. The marketing ideas and the information gathered prior to and during the Power Launch is then compiled into a Marketing Strategy tailor made for your property. These marketing methods will be executed during the Power Launch and throughout the Lease Up process.
Step 4 - RESULTS
ALL of the Leasing functions will be handled by the FrankWell Property Consulting & Lease Up Professional beginning day 4, allowing the onsite staff the opportunity to focus 110% of their efforts on other day to day operations such as collections and retention. Your current resident criteria remains the basis for ensuring you have qualified new tenants. Your Lease Up Professional will go the distance 7 days per week accelerating the leasing process, turning traffic into prospects and prospects into qualified leases thus generating RESULTS!
Training Options
Lease Up Training
We do not just lease up then leave! As an added bonus, at NO additional cost, your Lease Up Professional can train the onsite leasing staff on methods used during the actual Lease Up. This one on one coaching is essential in maintaining the momentum the property will have attained. In addition, we offer 30 days of remote support for your agent. Your continued success is our top priority.
30/30 Training
Your business is as successful as your employees. What have you not done in your current market? What's new in your current bag of tricks? When the answers to those questions have you at a standstill, the 30/30 Training Program offers hands on training to identifying innovative marketing methods, strategic closing techniques, building stronger resident relations and effective management/staff relations. The first 30 days of the program can be held onsite or at our conference facility on a weekly basis. The 2nd 30 days, FrankWell will remotely support the onsite staff via phone, e-mail and weekly reporting. We do not have to reinvent the wheel, just from time to time we need to add oil to the squeaky one and the 30/30 Training Program is a great tool for that.
